WHAT IS A NASAL ASPIRATOR?
Nasal aspirators (also known as mucus syringes or snot suckers) remove snot from the nose to ease congestion. They do this with gentle suction. Using saline nasal drops first can help loosen the mucus.
Do you need a nasal aspirator?
Babies get colds but can’t blow their noses. This can make it very uncomfortable for them as for the first few months they only breathe through their nose.
